Yes, we provide technical support by phone, email and helpdesk. 

 

  • Included instructions will help you for sure, and help desk support will also be provided.
  • In-house Technical Support.
  • We can pre-program your unit, so all you have to do is Plug it in and turn it on. Send us your Ethereum, ZCash wallet id if you want us to pre-program the miner for you.
  • Don’t have wallet addresses yet? No problem, we can ship your rigs with our system defaults.
  • We can help you get setup for mining if you don't know what to do.
  • We’ve got live support on our 1-800 number.
  • All the SharkMining rigs come with pre-installed TeamViewer. If we are not able to help you over the phone, you can authorize our engineers to access your rigs and make the repair remotely.
